Writing this to provide proof that the bag can fit on the Xcursion grill, however the bottom of the legs have to be removed (as shown in the photo). I made some Velcro straps to hold the leg piece in place when not in use.

I have a Coleman 10x10 Oasis canopy and it is very nice, but this really helps with not only sun, but wind (mainly breezes). When up, it provides a nice amount of sun reduction, similar to being below a thick tree canopy. I'm not sure if there is the same UV blocking as the actual canopy, however as there is nothing that says it provide sun protection. It is solid and creates a barrier from wind, particularly nuisance breezes, but also be aware that since it is solid, it will provide a lot of resistance, so be sure the canopy is well anchored / tied down. It first the 10x10 Oasis canopy perfectly, with 4 clips to attach to the top, hook and loop straps along the legs, and then two clips at the bottom to keep it stretched. It comes in a nice little zippered bag to store it, too.

Confusing. The Coleman tag shows this is a convertible strap model, when it clearly is not. Additionally the shoulder strap is too short for me to comfortably wear cross-body style, which was my intent in buying it. I'll be returning this and searching for a better option.

This is a great idea and I really like it for camping. It isn't a tent, has no floor, but I like it. It's just enough shelter for most situations, keeps the bugs and the sun and the rain largely at bay, I love that you can sit up inside, still see around yourself in a strange place, which is more comfortable for most people. I know this isn't technically a tent, but I really like it for camping if you feel you can get away with not having the privacy of walls or a floor (bring a blanket with you for a floor). Of course this is more meant for having a little shade at the beach or the park where you can put your cooler and chairs. It's great for that. It's the size of a small pergola, plenty of room for 4-5 people and plenty of stuff. The material, the poles, the case, it's all durable. The material is thin and light, which is kinda the purpose of this product as it packs into a small bag that weighs less than a pair of boots. The material feels honestly very light, but I have been rough with it and nothing is ripping. The product photos show it would fit over a picnic table, which I think is pretty cool for a pretty convenient base for your family with shelter. It's best to think of this as a pergola or a roof, and not a full building. I usually bring several woven blankets that I put on the ground and that's worked for me, but you are a little more exposed to the dirt and the crawling bugs in that situation. Set up is easy once you've done it a few times. Lay out the (very light, somewhat thin, but durable) fabric, it's all one thing, connect the poles to the top, then connect the poles to the base (which lifts up the ceiling). I can do it in about five minutes, but the first couple of times I was confused by the shape of the fabric on the ground. Now I just look for where the poles attach to orient myself. It goes up in five minutes for me. Each pole has a rubber ball on the end and is safe and won't tear anything even if handled very roughly. The poles are long, really just two poles broken up into segments, but both connected by a stretchy rope inside. They work through the top and I thought it was pretty easy to get them through. Staked into into the ground just at the corners, the structure is stable. If there's more wind you can also stake down the ropes (already attached near the top of the columns) though I only do that half the time). There is no floor included with the 10x10. I believe get a floor with the small canopy, but not the large one, and that can be confusing because there's just this one page selling both models. So, the big canopy I like doesn't have a floor but packs up into a small case and you can easily throw some rugs on the ground than assemble a huge tent, and it's easier to pack up this way. The benefit to no floor is you can put this on top of things. Like a table that doesn't move, or we often use it to cover our little inflatable pool. I really could hike a long distance with this as my shelter, though I guess most wouldn't do that. For something you have in your car to bring with the cooler and a chair, it's ideal. Just bring a hammer rope and stakes and be patient the first time you assemble.

Well, the lantern itself is still in the box because it arrived with a broken globe like 50% of everyone else. Waiting on manufacturer response and will update, but as is, i would not recommend buying unless you can put hands on to make sure glass its not in a bunch of pieces.

I bought the 6 person variant, and we stayed in it for the first time last night. It can probably be put up with one person, but it is so much easier with 2. Took us about 10-15 minutes to set up and we slept 2 adults and 2 fifth graders. It was a little tight with the 4 of us, so there's no way you could do 6. It rained off and on all night, and poured at times. Didn't really have much wind, and we didn't have any water in the tent when we got up, other than a small puddle around the zipper in the screen room. That also could have been from kids rinsing all the grass off their feet with bottled water the night before. The screen room is great for storing gear, and I only gave it 4 stars because it is a little tight for a 6 person tent, and I could not get everything back in the bag when we took it down. Although I'm sure that is a problem with most tents.

I am loving this tent. I grabbed it for the farmers market because in the early morning, it can be almost dark out, but at the same time, once the day starts going, it can be blinding and blistering out. It was definitely a two man set up. I had to have the help of my spouse or I would have never gotten set up on my own. It needs two people to go around in opposite corners to get it popped up and to get all the legs set up and clipped in place, and then all of them let back down. From bag to setup, though, can be done in under 10 minutes. The legs have clips on them that securely snap into place and I had absolutely no issues with clips coming loose or wiggling. The top part can be put on the four corners without latching the added hook and loop pieces so long as the weather is mild. I can strap it down more to be safe. We stood on opposite sides during set up and stretched it to capacity, then attached the tarp to the top. After that, we first took up the uppermost section and locked in place, then the second segment and locked in place, working opposite corners of each other. It would be hard with just one person. The instructions with this appear to be waterproof plastic, and sewn into the bag for the tent. I liked this because it means I will never loose them and can easily reference them, or if I lend it out, the instructions are ready to go. I did have an issue with the power button, though. While we were setting it up, the power button just popped out. We don't know if there was a spring in it or not, but my spouse put it back in and it functions but I am wary of it now that it's popped out on me. I would hate for it to come out while packing up a show or farmers market and we not notice it. The tent is quite stable and it's a true 8 foot in the center. Once set up, the lip of the tent measures a little over 6 feet, which is great since most people average a bit under that. Anyone taller would have to duck a bit, but for the most part, the tent is just to keep us cool behind the table and there isn't much room for customers to be under it constantly, anyway. As far as room, I could easily see fitting six to nine chairs under the tent comfortably, and possible expansion for up to twelve if needed for an event. We plan to use this some in the back yard, too with the LED lights. I especially love that they change colors. It sounds silly, but when I change the colors, it draws more attention to my tent and what's going on. The battery bank has been lasting 3-5 hours, although I don't know if it will continue to do so over time. I appreciate that it has a battery indicator light(s) on it so I know how long is left approximately. It charges with an USB so I can plug it in in the car on the way to trips or on the way home to make sure it's charged up. It also lets me plug in a usb for my phone if I want to draw extra power back off of it, which is an added advantage when we set up at markets. The only downside for me was two man set up, I found a grommet in the bag, and the power button popping off. It came with all necessarily equipment including charging equipment, and plenty of spikes to stake it down if we need to. I can also take cinder blocks to put the legs in and they fit perfectly down into block with how they are designed. The bag to carry it was well thought out, too. It has wheels so it can be wheeled by even a less strong person, and the bag expands so once you take it all out and go to put it up, it doesn't take so much work to pack it back up. There's actually left over room in the bag, unlike so many tents I've used in the past. It's a solid product and I think it'll be with me for years to come. It's heavy, and requires help to set up, but I'm a smaller woman. The LED's are a true highlight. It's so much fun switching out the colors and changing the lights up. The large space is perfect for when we want to set citronella candles underneath or nearby, too. It's up high enough that a small bucket candle is no harm to the material being 8 feet up, and it's spacious so we can all be under it without crowded each other. For what it is, the value is not the best, but for a quality product it is worth the added extras and solid construction. It's comparable to others out there on the market. It doesn't have side panels, but I bet I could work something out or buy an aftermarket item to fix that later on if we decided we need it for markets. I think this would be a task to take on a hiking camp trip, but for a drive up site this would be awesome to have. I added some photos of us having fun setting it up for the first time.

Very happy with this purchase. My husband and I went camping for 2 nights and made our meals on this burner. The only struggle I had was when I would turn down the heat just past the middle towards lower heat, it would shut off. Just be mindful and watch for the flame. The butane can was easy to install. Highly recommend this product.

Works great but half spilled

When you need fire, you need fire. I take long distance hiking and camping trips and rely only on what I can bring with me and one thing that is necessary is making fire. So my kit has many items for starting a fire, no kit should just rely on one item in one place. In one pocket I have my ferro rod, in one tin I have cotton balls soaked in petroleum jelly and my 3rd and final tin I have steel wool and 1 of these stakes cut in half. Once these start burning they don't stop. I've used them to start fires all the time, and they were the only thing used on kindling sticks and it was unnecessary to collect a tinder pile because these burn so long they catch the kindling sticks. One other thing I tried was to shave it down into little filings like saw dust type or like trying to imitate a feather stick. I scrapped a bunch off and collected a nice little pile on a piece of bark. It took once spark from my ferro rod and started right into flame. This flame was for sure enough to start a tinder bundle like a bird nest or something else. Also was surprised how long these little slivers stayed flaming. This is a very good item, so good that I let them take up space in my pack where I'm looking to travel with the minimum amount of gear and I could put something else in their place that I know is bulletproof. I would consider these as good as cotton balls with petroleum jelly. *Update I just used these again last night to start a fire and these are truly legit. I took one half of one stick and shaved the filings into a pile. I used about 1/8 of a stick turned into a shavings pile, then one spark of the ferro rod and immediate flame. Then I used the rest of the half stick and lit it with the shavings pile to get my kindling going. I love this stuff. It's so easy to carry, it's dry, not like petroleum jelly soaked cotton balls and it can be used as tinder and/or kindling.

I ordered these replacement hinges on 8/5/24 with a bit of trepidation, given prior colemandiscount.com consumer reviews from a year or two back, including "Do not fit 5286B cooler By MarkJ in the United States on March 28, 2023", and "Sort of works on older models 5286B, 5296, 5248 By Bubba in the United States on April 22, 2022". It appears that since the time when these prior reviews were written, Coleman has updated the hinges, because I can attest that they do indeed fit perfectly in place of the failing plastic hinges that originally came with my Coleman Cooler 5286B, 5296, 5248. They required no alteration or adjustment. I did decide to use the original screws that came with my Coleman Cooler, as they are quite a bit more robust than the smaller screws which accompany the replacement plastic hinges. I am posting photos showing the product numbers on the bottom of my Coleman Cooler (5286B, 5296, 5248), as well as the newly installed replacement hinges, with the original hinges placed alongside, to show the equivalent dimensions. I am giving five stars for this now easy fix, which restored the usefulness and function of my otherwise perfectly good cooler. Thank you Coleman and colemandiscount.com!

I received my package quickly, however upon opening it I notice that 2 of the 4 packages i ordered where missing mantels. I have never had an issue with these mantels in any shape or form so definitely concerning that 2 of the 4 packages that I ordered were missing product. I just hope I can get the missing items replaced and ill be happy

What I got! LOOK CLOSELY....

This thing is huge!! Bought this for my fiancé's lunch and snacks to take to work (he's in construction and works long days and I feed him very well)! It fits everything pretty well. The major downside is that it is flimsily held up by two pieces of cardboard inside. He has used this for about a month now 4-5X a week and the cardboard which holds it up is complete trash now. We'll have to buy a new one already!

Love this stove. Needed the extra space. Awesome for family cooking. Large skillets and pans can be used on this big baby. The only thing I didn't care for was the ability to turn down burners to a very low flame, just a bit touchy in that respect. Otherwise, great
