  • It gets 4 stars for doing what it’s supposed to do and a 1 star knock for value. It’s 2 pieces of moulded plastic after all. One more replacement of a broken part (drain plug in this instance) and I might as well spend the money on another cooler. Seriously, they’re clearly designed to fail in some aspect, within a couple of years of purchase. I’ve owned many coolers over the years and I’ve had numerous broken parts from handles that came off to broken handles to cracked interiors to broken hinges to broken drain plugs…….all after normal, seasonal use. It’s ridiculous that we’re re here on colemandiscount.com, looking for replacement pieces just to cobble these expensive pieces of plastic back together. Those minor listed repairs (hinges and drain plug) end up costing a full 25% of the price of a new cooler or almost 70% of the cost of just getting a similar used one on FB Marketplace. At any rate, these hinges don’t quite match the photos in the listings but if they work and keep me on the road a few more years, I won’t ding them for that. Your mileage may vary.

  • It's finally summer break and I am so excited to spend my days and evenings lounging in the backyard! Unfortunately, ankle biters and mosquitoes are part of the world we live in so I am usually covered in bug spray or some sort when out in the yard. I decided to try the Coleman Outdoor Citronella Candle the last three evenings and it seems to have kept the pesky mosquitoes away. The wicks were easy to light and stayed lit even with the windy breeze up in the canyons. The citronella scent is strong but it’s that way for a purpose. I did have to push it a bit further away from me so the scent would be tolerable. I do wish the bucket came with a lid to keep the candle clean but it doesn’t bring down the rating. Overall a necessary item for mosquito free summers so I will be looking at add a few more to my backyard.

  • Bought this for my old Peak 1 model 222. Fits great like my broken original that had lasted over 30 years. Just couldn't could take a fall from the attic hole. Bought two since this great little lantern is no longer made and parts may become scarce.

Buyer beware. I received half the mantles advertised. The ad says you receive two packages of four mantles for a total of 8. I received two packages of two mantles for a total of 4.

  • When they say 10x10, they are not referring to the size of this panel. I have a standard 10x10 canopy. When I put this on, it is 18 inches too narrow and 10 inches too short. That leaves big gaps on the side and bottom. I like the clips to hang it to the top and the velcro straps that will only work on one end (because they don't reach the other). If you have a Coleman Oasis then this is the panel for you. The Oasis legs are not 10 feet apart like my canopy is. The legs are set back from the 10x10 canopy edges so this will fit. If you don't have the Oasis, you need to look elsewhere for a side panel.

  • Just set this up last night so I could air it out and check for any missing pieces or tears before we use it car camping for my bday (the box it came in looked beat to hell). All pieces accounted for. No tears that I could find. I can tell that one corner of the tub inside will need to be sealed because I can see a little daylight through it, though really we'll end up sealing everything if we ever decide to take it outside of CA. Interestingly, the seams below the side windows have been sealed/taped (something I saw people complaining about rain leakage), so I'm curious if I got a used tent that someone started sealing or if Coleman took the feedback. They didn't seal the back one though. 🧐 Love the height and roominess of this tent. Seems to have decent ventilation. Love the idea of the screened porch. This tent does not fold up small... because of the sturdy poles, the bag is like 4ft long and HEAVY. Bag is a bit flimsy for how heavy the tent is... i wouldn't trust the hand straps, personally. Wish the rainfly was bigger so that I wasn't worried about the rain. Maybe one that can stake out for good ventilation but also be rolled up when not needed. Wish the porch had a floor like their Evanston tent. The door design (while cute) needs some work. The top velcro piece is behind a rain flap, so when we try to close it, it just bounces open. Looks like others like it, though. Those minor items aside, looking forward to using this tent in a couple weeks. :)

  • As someone who spends a lot of time at kids' outdoor sports games and enjoys the occasional fishing trip, I've found the Coleman Big-N-Tall Quad Chair to be an absolute must-have. This chair has significantly enhanced my comfort during long days on the sidelines or by the water. First and foremost, the size and strength of this chair are perfect for me. It's roomy and comfortable, easily supporting my weight and height without feeling flimsy. Sitting in this chair for hours during games or while waiting for a catch has been a breeze, thanks to its sturdy and spacious design. The cup holder and side pocket are standout features that add to its convenience. Keeping a drink handy during intense sports matches or having a place to stash my fishing gear within arm's reach has been incredibly useful. I no longer have to juggle multiple items or constantly get up to grab something from my bag. The water-resistant aspect of the chair is another big plus. Whether it’s morning dew on the grass at a sports field or splashes from the lake while fishing, the chair stays dry and comfortable. This is essential for me, as it means one less thing to worry about in the great outdoors. Portability is key for any outdoor chair, and the Coleman Big-N-Tall Quad Chair nails it. It folds up easily and fits into its carrying bag, making it simple to transport to sports fields, fishing spots, or even just to store in the car. In conclusion, the Coleman Big-N-Tall Quad Chair is a fantastic investment for anyone who, like me, spends a lot of time outdoors at sporting events or fishing. It combines comfort, durability, and practicality, making it an ideal outdoor chair that meets all my needs.

  • Took almost a year ... or it was a year, but I finally for to use this at our favorite spot in Ludington, MI. It is not as dark as I hoped, but it was darker than the other coleman tent we have and I did get to sleep in later. The area to bring in a power supply is small you almost have to tear it open. Suggestions: Buy a tarp for under the tent to help with keeping dirt off the bottom and from inside the tent... it makes for an easier pack up too. Added benefit is it keeps debris from poking through tent and the air mattress. Start with the screened in awning at the front. When all put together, doing that last is a herculean task. If using said air mattress, use a high quality low profile one. There won't be a lot of top room otherwise. Leave the back flap of the top cover down when facing the back against dunes.... cold air off the lake sweeps over the dunes down to the tent up the sides and right on to your sorry sleeping butt. If you don't have enough blankets... you are going to wish you had a tauntaun or that you could turn your partner into a tauntaun. Likes: Screened in awning. It is not big enough to have a regular fold out chair. It will fit a three legged triangle chair perfectly. I used this as an area to put on my shoes and store wet items. It has a mesh strip on the floor where sand and dirt easily falls out of. This is an extra layer of defense from letting dirt and sand get in the main tent. *Suggestion* Easy "porch" cleanup if using a electric inflater for the mattress. When packing up open the porch curtains and use the blowing option on the inflater to blow any extra sand out before packing up the tent if you don't have a portable vacuum. This is a solid tent 10/10 but hope I have it long enough I don't need to buy another... although, could always go bigger... Nah, I'll be good.

Good product but I can’t believe they ship this using USPS priority box. It’s flammable and no extra box or bubbles for protection. As shown in the picture, one of the can is dented.

We had planned a backpacking trip several months ago but the week before we were to go, realized we were out of fuel for the mini camping stove. Really hard to find fuel now, and this was the only size can I could get before we left. It was a over 4 times larger and heavier (0.88 # vs ,22 # for the 100 gram) then the normal 100g cans of fuel we buy, but again, the only fuel i could find anywhere. Worked great for boiling water and making breakfast and dinner (picture was after a 12 mile segment of our trip with lots of up-hill slopes, so really happy it worked great,,, but took up extra space in my pack. I think this would be best if you had a bigger stove or were doing a lot of cooking / needed a lot of gas, but it worked excellently. Now we have lot of fuel for future trips !

  • The battery cover is being held on by duct tape after only one week of use. I bought 2 of these air mattresses for my 2 grandsons for their Holiday visit for 2 weeks. The cover snapped off after one week of use. I have to hold the batteries in manually and then tape the cover on every night. The price was right and they say they are comfortable but the battery covers should be made stronger.

Like the grill however it will not close. Past return/replacement date unfortunately. We for camping and just put together and used. I think the hinges on The back were put on wrong. (It was already assembled) we'd had one before so I didn't think there would be an issue. We tried all different ways to close. Husband thought this may have been a previously used/returned item as latch seems sprung. Thought we were buying new

  • We have only sat in this chair three times and it has already ripped. The last chairs that we bought lasted us years I want to say 10 years without a tear. This must be poor quality. Please see pictures.

  • Coleman Camp Propane Grill/Stove+ We wanted something quick to light and not have to worry about any hot coals left over. This double duty Grill & Stove is quite versatile and seems to be a great fit for when we need the occasional camp meal. We tested it out in the backyard and grilled up some brats and onions and it did a very good job. When we need to pan fry something or boil or heat in a pot we can use the single burner. The side panels act as small shelves, or can do double duty as wind screens when clipped to the cover. The only two items I wish was better is the gas control does not have a lot of range. That is a very slight turn can get the flame from low to high with just a tweak, but once figured out it stays where it is put. The other is the grill top itself is rather light weight; don't go banging it around. It is nice to have the built in sparker, and not need to hunt up matches. Comes with a nice little drip tray that can be removed and washed out. Toss a layer of tinfoil under the grill and there is no clean up mess to the grill pan itself. This is our first propane cooker (our last Coleman was the inimitable double burner Coleman white gas stove bought some 20+ years ago.) We are very please with this Grill/Stove.
