  • We bought two of these chairs. They are pretty comfortable chair, but you will need some arm strength to open and close it. Unfortunately we left it out on our dock opened and the sun did a number on them. The return window is about a month so you will at least have some options if you see the material starting dry rot. The ones we bought lasted about five months. We ordered two more of these chairs and we will do our best to fold them up after each use and store out of the sun.

  • After a few practice setups and more importantly, take downs, I tested this tent (2P) camping this past weekend. IT does indeed go up very quickly and one could argue that is goes down just about as fast. However, because I was camping with others that made me show them how easy it was a few times it may have lost its speed advantage over other tents. People find it amazing and want to see it. The test also included it in both some mild wind and some rain. It handled both very well and did not leak a drop! The issues others have pointed out about the door being inset when open and water getting in that way are indeed true, but minor. Many tents get wet around the door in the rain as folks enter and exit. You just wipe it up. I might rig a tiny fly extension for it to prevent this when using it in the future. All of my other tents that get used frequently are Sierra Designs, two of which are four season tents. Is this one as good as those? No, no it is not. In “real weather,” or backpacking I’d use the Sierra Designs tents. But they take far more effort and time to setup and take down. In good weather the Pop Up has them beat! I also use a Sierra Designs Baffin Bivy and though not a tent, it is used for speed, i.e set up and take down camp fast. It is still faster than the Coleman Popup, but not by a lot and the Pop Up is certainly more comfortable and less of an issue in rain. Others have pointed out issues taking the tent down and folding it up, even broken polls while doing this. I did not have any issue. I watched the YouTube videos and made a point of being gentle. I practiced a lot. I can fold it up in well under a minute. I have folded it up maybe 40 times without any poll issues or failures. To those having issues, practice, never force it and watch the you tube videos of the folks who know how to do it. It is really, really, easy. Others have pointed out the door zipper can be difficult to zip. This is also true and more so when the tent is staked out. It is not a one handed operation, but to be just, on all three of my Sierra Designs tents, it is a two handed operation also, and mostly where the door corves when they are put up tight. The Coleman was the same, though it is slightly harder to zip up. I’d ding it for that, but I got used to it pretty fast. It is another thing where being gentle with it will have rewards. Some have pointed out the cloth floor as an issue. Though, many tents have fabric flows this one seems thin and may be a vulnerable spot. I used a small tarp under It (I use fitted ground cloths with my other tents). I sized the tarp so most of the water running off the tent hit dirt and not the tarp (so the water does not go under the tent). I did not have any problems. Finally, it comes down to how many stars. I could easily say my Sierra Designs, tents are 5 stars and therefore this must be something far less. However, the Sierra Designs tents cost three to five times as much! The ease of setup earns this tent a great score. For the price this Coleman Popup is 100% worth it. Five stars.

This is a big bag that packs small. Not as small as a down bag, but still much smaller than a cheaper, basic bag. It's plenty spacious for taller people. The zipper design is clever so that you can open up the foot area. The phone holder is too small for today's bigger phones, but I don't think I would use that anyway. The mummy-ness of the bag is not as mummy-like as nicer bags. If you want a mummy design without too much claustrophobia, this might be good for you. The design of the packing bag is a little odd. The way the straps work is unlike any I've seen before. Overall, though, it's a nice bag with some unique features that still has some room for improvements.

  • I love this tent. It’s huge and has large windows. Survived through a rough thunderstorm. However when putting it together one of the poles bent. It was our first time using it so that’s disappointing.

  • I have two Coleman chairs from two of their new collections. Coleman Forester Collection Bucket chair with drink holder, portable, carrying bag, grey color and retails for $54.99. Others in the collection include deck chair, sling chair and footstool. Coleman Living Collection Sling chair with adjustable back for reclining, green color and retails for $129.99. Others in the collection include bench, flat fold chair, folding table and cot (ranging from $79-199). Overall they are well constructed chairs, The Living Collection is priced higher and offers more than just the standard chairs. I have the bench on my wish list for the kids to sit on together. I like the portability of the Forester bucket chair and the deep seating plus it has a built in cup holder which is really nice.

  • Per the package, the pump works with models 222, 226, 229, 400, 440, 442, 550, 3022, and 3024. See package pic. The pump is compatible with both the metal-capped pumps and the plastic-capped pumps. Works great with a Peak 1 Feather 400B stove.

  • These work great. There are 25 sheets, but each is perforated so you can tear it and get 50 sheets total. It dissolved quickly after rinsing in water and rubbing, and it lathered up surprisingly well. There was enough soap I felt like I could have even shared it with someone else. The container is easy to open but the latch keeps it from opening accidentally. It is very lightweight and small so it takes up pretty much no space in a backpack. I'll be ordering these again.

  • 10/10 recommend this cot. I’m a masters student that does constant fieldwork, and this cot has had zero issues in the last year since I bought it. Recently I was caught in a severe thunderstorm in the field and had to abandon the cot until the next day. Photo is post thunderstorm. No damage!

  • The product information for this item indicates that the fill is cotton (the main reason I bought it), but the tag indicates that it is polyester. Aside from that it's very comfortable.

  • It’s too hot here to use that sleeping bag. I wrap behind me with a sleeping bag. Sleep is crucial.

  • Original review: 7/25/2020 We plan a tent camping and one of the must gadget is the lantern. I have used the liquid fuel lanterns in the past and wanted to get one of those. Comparing the price I wanted to give this a try. This works with propane And has a matchless mechanism (I hope it lasts for some good time). One of the attracting points was that it came with the quick cover. The cover is very Solid and protective. It also came with two mantels installed. $30 for a 1000 lumen is a great value. Will add a video once I start using it. Recommended

I bought one of these in 2018 for a cross country trip to a Warped Tour stop. Painted it in a warped tour/pop punk theme so we wouldn’t confuse it with anyone else’s cooler. It’s still going strong! It’s gone on many family trips now that I’m in my mom era. Being that it’s on wheels, it’s super convenient to take along for picnic trips. My only con is that the lid has no latch. If I accidentally drop it, the lid flies open and everything falls out. I plan to find some kind of latch for it to fix that issue. The capacity is around 20 16oz water bottles. We packed 5 sandwiches and 2 tupperware boxes of fruit & veggies plus some baggy snacks for our most recent picnic trip. There was still room for the kid’s sippy cups.

  • This started out strong but now looking at returning it after one use, an hour of rain, 2 snapped poles and a bent one. I purchased the 8 man for just the two of us. Wanted to have plenty of room for gear and chairs and this did work for that. Cons: Although I found it easy to setup by myself and it had good instructions, the end poles both snapped at the apex. The larger cross poles had bends in them. This happened with just proper setting up and no winds to stress them. There isn't enough room to walk around both sides of a queen mattress. 3 queens would be side by side and touching the tent. This wasn't a huge issue for us, just stating to be mindful of the tent width if that's a need. We had waterproofed only the top. We experienced less than 1 hour of rain and the floor soaked completely through within minutes. The top didn't leak though. This is a fair weather tent and #1 reason I want to return it. I expected at least some waterproofing from the floor. Pro & Con: The swinging velcro door made it easy to come in and out without the zipper sound. Unfortunately, the velcro does not line properly so it doesn't always stick. Suggestion to add something longer to the tent zipper because there are so many zippers making it hard to find. Pro & Con: The electrical hole has a zipper which is great to keep the critters out. The con is that it's located right by the door and not on a corner so you'll have a cord running in the middle of the tent. This needs all corners staked down in order for the vestibules to stretch out properly. We glamped on an RV pad and got creative w the tie down lines. Con: This thing was harder to tear down than set up! The poles were constantly getting snagged no matter which way you pushed or pulled. I couldn't get the top to fit into the bag so I just bunched it up to bring home and try to refold it all. We were going to push through and try to waterproof the bottom, but the tear down and broken poles made us change our mind. If you purchase this, buy a repair pole kit and make sure it has the correct size and width of poles, along with the metal rod to rethread the pole line. I did purchase the $9.99 protection plan and filed a claim to replace the poles, which was instantly denied. I was referred to file a request with Coleman directly, and I'm waiting to hear back. I wanted to test the policy and see what answers we get.

The plum color pictured looks more pink/mauve, but it is actually a deep dark purple, which I like better. My daughter wanted pink, and purple is her least favorite color..uggg! The quality is much better than I expected, but the stitching was already unraveling on the first zip. I tried to unzip it, and on the first try the threads got stuck in the zipper. It also comes with a cute bag for storage. I'm not too enthused about a brand new product that needs to be stitched up. We need the sleeping bag this weekend, or I may have returned it. I gave a high quality rating because its a nice sleeping bag even though the stitching is messed up!
