Wow, this tent is massive. I’ve had other Coleman tents but they were smaller and held up really well over time. The sky dome 10 is my latest addition and I don’t think I’m going back. It’s easy to set up when you have two people as well as taking it down. It’s held up okay in light rain but I havnt had the chance of using it during he’s y rain, windy conditions. Inside I have lots of space to where we have 5 twin size air mattresses, back packs, a 10000btu AC, and some other supplies along with two dogs and there’s still room to walk without stepping over eat other. The material and zippers are good quality and so is the rainfly. Overall it’s a good tent for camping/ glamping since it’s spacious, well designed with good materials and build quality. I’ve paid more for other tents and has had less than stellar results. I am happy with the Coleman Sky dome tent.

10 people is a little exaggerated. Every tent I’ve owned said it could hold “X” amount of people, yet the number is if you want to be crammed like sardines. Realistically, this tent houses 6-8 people, if you want to be able to move around. 4 adults and 4 kids is ideal. It’s plenty roomy, the tent quality is as good and durable as you could expect from Coleman. I usually get 10 years out of a Coleman tent. It depends on your usage and how you store it. I’ve had very good results using Coleman tents. I like to set them up in advance and spray them with a waterproofing spray and let it air out for a day or two before packing it away.
This being a larger tent, it isn’t the easiest to setup and it would be best if you had 2 or more adults to do it. It’s worth the setup. For 2 people, it’s a little overkill.
Do yourself a favor and toss the stakes that come with this and get some heavy duty thick ones that can’t be bent when hit with a hammer. I use 1/2″ thick stainless steel stakes and they work great. The ones they provide bend way too easy and only work good in soft soil or grass.
It’s a nice tent. I’d recommend it for larger groups of 6-8 people.

I bought this tent to go camping with my family. I have never physically seen a tent this large in my life. Each room is large enough for a few people, and you are able to stand up in it. I noticed that this tent is more waterproof with better features than most tents. This material is durable and resistant to wear and tear. I cannot get over the size. I think if it was needed, you would be able to fit more people into it comfortably if needed. I have not needed to set up air beds in it but it is big enough to fit four queen sized air mattresses in there comfortably.
