   The package came undamaged the grill was undamaged. it’s a very nice grill and a good price for the generation 2, but it performs just like the newer versions but with a better price tag. definitely a learning curve cooking on it. works with our campers quick connect fitting, just have to buy an adapter; which is on colemandiscount.com also.

   It’s a good grill, heats up quick and cooks fairly well. This is a smaller Coleman grill, rather than 2 equal haves of the grill, the 225 has one grate that takes up 2/3 of the grill surface and another smaller one that makes up the other 1/3 of the grill surface. The 2/3 half is the same size as the 1/2 grate for the larger Coleman 285 so you can buy a replacement grate or griddle (which I did, see pic) for the big side. The smaller 1/3 grate is moveable but not replaceable because they don’t sell it individually. Also they advertise it as a go anywhere grill but it does not have a lid latch so you have to carry it around by both side handles. They also don’t offer a carry case for it. (The one for the small table top Weber grill does fit it nicely though). So it’s not as portable or convenient as the larger Coleman grills even though they advertise it as such. Over all I do kinda wish I had spent the extra money and gotten the larger 285 grill or at least the 225 with wheels and stand. Because…. 1) Being able to buy all replacement parts or at least a full griddle insert. 2) Easier to transport with wheels and not having to always have a table handy to set this thing on. 3.5 stars because it is a nice grill and heats up quickly.

   We got this for use in our van. It’s only 10 1/2” tall and fits under the couch. It’s heavy and seems like it will be durable. Was easy to control the temperature with the two burners. Parts from the larger colman stove we have are interchangeable.
