   No inside pocket. What a bummer. Super soft, fits great, looks great… but they didn’t design in an inside pocket. I’ll probably keep it, but what a huge miss. I ordered an XL and am 6’2”, 200 lbs.

   Really love this hoodie. It feels very well made vs some of the cheap hoodies I’ve got from various sources over the years. Pockets are a good size, the stitching is good quality and the fleece lining is really soft and warm. It’s quite cozy. I mostly wear it around the house but it keeps me warm enough outside. I would say for working outdoors if the temps are above freezing it will keep you very warm while working. There’s a nice touch in that the area around the neck has an additional flap so if you zip it all the way up it provides more protection from wind or breeze.

   The size I feel runs a touch on the larger side compared to similar size hoodies I own. Since this is advertised more as an outdoor sweatshirt the intent is probably that you have some layers underneath it. A large fits me well but is a little baggy on me compared to my other large hoodies.

   Overall I’m really pleased with this hoodie. It’s probably a touch more expensive than your average hoodie but I feel the quality is superior and worth a few extra dollars.

   I think this is the best hoodie in my closet, and I’m quite happy with it. It is warm and soft, and the 100% polyester construction appears to be excellent. The hood and body of the interior is lined with soft plaid flannel-like fabric; although the sleeves are not lined, they are much thicker than your average hoodie with a soft fleece interior. The zipper functions perfectly and extends high on the neck, which operates to tighten the hood some. This is important, as the hood has no drawstring to keep it in place in windy conditions. I actually prefer this, since drawstrings always seem to end up somewhere I don’t want them to, like in my soup. There is a flap sewn in to prevent the zipper from chafing your neck when fully zipped, which I thought to be a rather well-thought out feature. The sweater has a hand warmer type pocket on either side but no interior pocket. The bottom of the side pockets is sewn upward, creating an actual pocket rather than just a hand warmer. This is important to me because it does a much better job of keeping things from falling out than a slash-type pocket does. I ordered a large, which was the size recommended by colemandiscount.com and what I normally wear in a hoodie. This hoodie was much larger than other large sized hoodies I’ve purchased, and I almost returned it for that reason. However, it was proportionally too large, meaning that the sleeves, length, and width were all proportionally too large. My research indicated that polyester will actually shrink, contrary to my previous (erroneous) understanding. So I washed this in hot water and threw it in a heated drier, and it actually shrunk to just a little oversized, certainly wearable for me That’s a good thing, because I tend to miss (or disregard) specific garment care instructions and just throw everything into the washer and drier eventually anyhow. The only downside I’ve found to this hoodie is some pilling. I wore this daily for about a week or so (I really do like it) and found that the fabric pills in higher friction areas. For me, that is mostly where my wrists and forearms contact the desk as I work on the computer. I can live with it, as I will not be wearing this hoodie to the opera or dinner with the Queen. But it is still an annoyance, and something worth considering depending on your intended use of this sweater. Overall, I still think this is an excellent hoodie, and I am actually wearing it at this moment.

   I’m that girl. The one that steals her man’s hoodies and lounge pants. Conveniently, my husband is only one size bigger than me, so his jackets are just the perfect amount of “oversized” for me. To be clear, I also have problems getting women’s jackets that have sleeves long enough for me. Imagine my delight when I saw this jacket. Coleman is a well-known brand, so I felt really good getting something from them. This jacket is even more oversized than I anticipated, but I’m not complaining. It’s the perfect weight for cold, but not frigid. I often wear it around the house as my “house coat,” but it’s also a staple for dropping the kids at school. Pilling happened pretty quick on the forearms and wrists, I imagine because that’s a higher friction area. It bugs me a little, but if it gets too annoying, I’ll take a sweater shaver to it and see how it fares. Personally, I love that there’s no drawstring. If it’s cold enough to need to snug the hood up around my head, I’ll wear a heavier coat. All in all, I’m a huge fan and my husband appreciates that I steal his jackets less often.
