We are fair weather campers, but after the first time it got down to 60F overnight, we procured sleeping bags just in case. Mostly they’re just nice cot padding, and combined with an air mattress, it makes a very comfortable sleeping surface. Lately, it’s been worth crawling into at night, and I was very comfortable. I left it unzipped on the long side so I could just pull it over my lower body (where I get coldest). I was very comfortable temp-wise all night. This is a roomy bag that fits the biggest Coleman cot (35” wide) perfectly. You can actually (but just barely) get it back into the bag that came with it for easy carrying.
I’m the one who uses this bag, and I have a really bad back. This bag plus my 5” air mattress is almost as comfy as my bed at home. I also put a top sheet and fleece blanket inside for more layers, warmth, and softness on nights in the 50s or cooler.

This is a really good value for a sleeping bag. The zippers are sturdy and robust. There are built in draw strings to secure the bag when it is rolled up. For roughly the same price or less you can add an aftermarket inner liner that makes cleaning in the washer much easier.
