   I have several lanterns from Coleman that uses the tie style #21 Mantle. To be honest I always get them when the price drops dramatically and order 2-3 packs. The mantle is strong and not easy to go bad. I carry my lanterns in their bags and drive a min of 1-2 hours. Nothing happens and lids immediately. A low price item that you will always need as a backup. Satisfied and highly recommended

   I received my package quickly, however upon opening it I notice that 2 of the 4 packages i ordered where missing mantels. I have never had an issue with these mantels in any shape or form so definitely concerning that 2 of the 4 packages that I ordered were missing product. I just hope I can get the missing items replaced and ill be happy

    *Possibly damaged by poor colemandiscount.com packaging* All four of these mantles split open and developed holes immediately during the pre-burn. When trying to pre-burn the first two mantles, one developed so many holes that the bottom half of the mantle fell off. The other three all developed holes or split wide open down the side. colemandiscount.com shipped these mantles loose in the same box as a steel trailer hitch and a 20ft tarp. I don’t know if shipping damage is the cause of our issue or if like others have experienced these holes are a quality problem.
