   Used this for the 1st time over the Mayday bank holiday weekend for motorcycle camping, it was very easy to put up and took less than ten minutes from taking out of the bag to having camp bed and sleeping bag in.
   It is very spacious (the foot print is around 1.8m x 2.5m approximately)with decent head room (about 1.5 m at its highest point) and ideal for 2.
   The porch is just about big enough for 2 crash helmets
   ,boots and a backpack .
   It was quick and easy to dismantle and packs up small enough to strap to the bike .
   All in all very impressed with this tent and would highly recommend for weekend camping,2 season motorcycle touring and festivals.

   This small, simple, inexpensive tent is the second one I have owned, and it has never let me down. I’ve owned many tents, but this one is the best. I’ve woken up to a foot of heavy, wet snow all around me, but not crushing my shelter due to the simple, 1-pole design. On nice night, Ive left the rain fly off and slept under the starry sky, the only reminder that the tent was there being the absence of bugs. And on a rainy night at a festival the ended up cancelled due to brutal, heavy rainfall, I slept soundly while everyone around me woke up to sloppy, wet sleeping bags, in puddles inside their $500+ tents. As the festival-goers packed up their muddy messes, I went back to sleep, with 12″ of dry grass surrounding my tent in every direction beneath the rain fly, til 2pm. Tearing it down is as easy as setting it up and, while it sleeps 2 comfortably, 1 person can easily set it up or take it down in minutes. If you’re not needing a big tent for glamping, then this one is a gem that’s well worth the price tag and outperforms every comparable competitor I’ve tried.

   This tent well constructed (fabric/stitching/mesh/flooring) and offers various method of ventilation to keep the inside comfortable. It is good size and could sleep four adults in mummy bags with all non-essential gear out. Without the rainfly it’s primarily mesh all around the four sides. One unique feature is the top side vent. It has its own small rod support to hold the vent open and a zipper that opens allowing access to three latches across the top to allow closure during rain. There is nothing inside the tent to hang a lantern from. There are two mesh pockets to hold misc. items located across from each other on the side walls. The rainfly can be a bit cumbersome. The tent itself use (6) stakes total. The rainfly uses (12) total. There are a lot of Velcro connection points to the rods as well, make sure and follow the directions and get all of them as these are essential for the stability of the tent. We haven’t been through any storms in it yet, but the rainfly covers the entirety of the tent and drops down to within inches of the ground on all sides. The only openings on the rainfly are the vestibule entry, which has an overhang protecting the zipper and the top vent. Assuming it did rain the three latches when engaged should be able to keep the rain out on the top vent. If rain is getting in then you’d need to adjust the guyed support rope the better angle the top cover of the vent. The vestibule adds some additional storage space that’s covered and protected from the elements, though items would be sitting on the ground. If you place a tarp under your tent, you could pull some additional tarp out and into this area. I stand at 6′ 2′ and the vestibule entrance almost has me crawling thru to get in. Keep this in mind as it might be easier to load up the tent with your rainfly off. The door to the tent itself is huge and has two latches allowing it to stay open when unzipped. There is a small little pocket built into the inside of the rainfly so that the vestibule entryway can be unzipped and tucked away to allow additional ventilation. Word to the wise. When setting up the tent in windy conditions, make sure and set the tent up so the tent entryway faces the wind as described in the set-up directions. The vestibule will help guide the wind up and over the tent and the crossed rods (tent rods and vestibule rod Velcro to each other under the rainfly) provides much more stability then the two rods at the back of the tent. This comes from personal experience in 25-30mph winds. The winds were hitting one of the back rods, which was bending it inwards on the tent. I couldn’t rotate the tent at that time, but found out that through manipulation of the guyed support rope on that end helped provide additional stabilization during the heavier winds. Other then that, the tent held firm and that was with the factory anchor pins. I could mimic the inward pull on both back rods during calm conditions from inside the tent. The two front rods wouldn’t pull inward like the back ones… So again, set the front towards any heavy and/or expected windy conditions. The vestibule entryway is from the side, so the entrance will still be protected. The tent folds up and compacts nicely. The rainfly when packed down takes up about as much space as the tent. The rods are standard length. Probably not the best for back packing but great for our family with three young boys. Setting up solo tent takes approx. 18 minutes, tear down/fold-up takes approx. 20 minutes.

   We had a great experience using this tent while camping for two weeks in the summer in Iceland. Given other reviews, we used seam sealer around each of the velcro straps on the fly. It rained almost every night and we never had a problem with any leakage. The ventilation was great because it was so adjustable; for more ventilation, you can peg out the fly pretty far with the elastic bands on the sides, and you can velcro open the vent at the top of the tent. We actually pegged it out too much for the first few days, and then tried pegging not as far and it made a huge difference in temperature. (Of course, I can’t comment on how the ventilation is in a warmer climate.) The tent also stood up to some high winds in a storm on the Snaefellsnes peninsula, although this made me a bit nervous. The large vestibule was convenient for keeping things under. We were two people using the tent so we had tons of extra space (we had planned it this way on purpose, since we would spend so many nights sleeping in it). However, I would say it is a true 4-person tent, taking into account that tents are sized according to how much space is needed to just sleep only. But for car camping, might as well have some extra space! We had two backpacking camping pads and they took up about half the space. At this price and considering it is a car camping tent for 4, I thought it was reasonably compact – about the volume of 2x a 2-person backpacking tent. We camped a different place every night and found it easy to put the tent up and down. It’s the kind where you have to thread the poles through a pocket, so it was easier with two people. We got pretty fast at it. It does take some effort to put it back in the bag, so we just left out the fly folded up in the car, and only packed it back up before our flight back. There weren’t a ton of extra bells and whistles, but it was functionally great and if I could go back in time, I would definitely purchase this tent for the trip we did again. I am really glad we had this tent. Since there are so many places to peg it and it can be easy to lose pegs, we also picked up some extra pegs on an colemandiscount.com add-on product. Edit1: We took the tent camping the following May and unexpectedly ended up in 6 inches of snow! The tent held up fine, although I wouldn’t plan for this. Some snow built up on the vestibule but didn’t compromise the integrity. It’s not technically rated for snow, however. Edit2: We went to New Zealand and it rained a lot. No leakage. Edit3: We went back to Iceland in August. It was a little cold in the tent, but we did make it and camp through freezing temperatures relatively comfortably. This was with better sleeping bags than before.

   Compre la casa de campaña para dos personas, y realmente tiene espacio para mas de dos personas, caben 3 y sus cosas, estuvimos a 3500 msnm, no nos nevó pero callo un poco de agua y no le atravesó nada de agua, aparte a pesar de que el toldo le abarca todo, al estirarlo tiene buena ventilación, del peso no me quejo son 3 kilos
