   My 3-year old consumed some of the contents of this ice substitute. The front of the package says “non-toxic”, but the back says “do not ingest”, so I immediately called Coleman customer service to find out what my child had ingested and what I should do. The would NOT tell me what the ice pack contained, claiming it was “proprietary information” and that I should call poison control…yes, but tell them what?! That my child ate some proprietary information?! Outrageous. Awful. Shameful.

   serves the intended purpose perfectly. Dont use it with sharp objects, since the pack is made of pastic. My one pack leaked, &I had to discard, but then it was my mistake

   Does the job just doesn’t last as long as I would like, using 4 in a Coleman softside six can cooler lasts about 4 hours with precooled items; still better than ice in a bag.

   Actually i was think it could be a dry ice but here is no way to get to know whether it’s dry ice or else and i was really disappointed when I saw this product is not dry ice ,therefore please improve your service and describe about product..
   I would be glad if you pay back my money and tell me what was this and where should I use it..

   Pretty effective. I use this with the 25 liter ice bag from Coleman. Very useful when i take this for tennis tournaments.

    Did it’s Job GREAT

    1 thing I’d suggest is when ordering, pay attention to to the Size.
    I chose the Smaller Price & when they arrived, I saw why.
    Lower Price = Smaller Ice cooler package
    Higher Price = Bigger Ice cooler Package
