   This.bag.is.AMAZING. Camped in the middle of nowhere for 4 days so I decided to purchase this guy assuming it’ll only be good to rinse off my hair quickly or that it’ll take a full bag to rinse any soap. I have really thick hair and this thing rinsed the shampoo out in 15 seconds or less. I was mind blown. I managed to get 3 showers out of one bag.

   I do suggest using a funnel to fill it up as it’s kind of wiggly and awkward. Hang it high, tie a rope around the handle, throw the rope over a branch, pull on it and tie it up. The hose and nozzle have to be straight down, if you bend the hose a little the flow slows down significantly. Also I did not leave it in the sun as it was really hot that weekend and I didn’t mind the cooler temp showers.for the price, I can’t praise this shower bag enough.

   I was surprised at how well this worked. It was 65 degrees out and sunny, forecast to be cloudy in the afternoon so I filled it and put it out on a level rock about 9am, and went out canoeing. After lunch, it was comfortably warm, so I hung it on a tree and both my wife and I were able to wash our hair, and it was still half full. A shower at the outfitters is $5, so this pretty much paid for itself with two uses, and we didn’t have to increase our risk of covid.
   The only thing I don’t like is that it’s hard to drain completely for storage. It’s going to get skanky if I can’t figure out how to dry it out.

   I love camping, but hate going to sleep without a shower… This is the answer to that! Its so easy to use too, all you do is fill it with water from a faucet, river, pond or lake.. then lay it on the gound in the sun! Let it bake in the sun for a few hrs.. I fill it before lunch that way by dinner time its ready. See, it heats the water from the sunlight.. want hotter water leave it in the sun longer. Then just hang it in a tree or what ever you got. Open the valve when you are ready to get wet. It has a built in “shower head” and lasts about 8-12 min.. depending on how much you open the valve. Its fantastic! Good for camping, traveling, power outages.. anytime you arent near a working shower!

   This is convenient because it packs small, but it leaks when you lay it flat. We have two and both of them do that. I would spend more money and get something more reliable.

   These are great for the price. If left in the sun for a few hours they produce really hot water as stated. After buying one and trying it I immediately ordered another one to allow for a longer shower when away in the bush. Highly recommend this product.

   It was bought to replace the same one, but much older one. It does the job, but you must remember to dry it out before putting it away at end of season. It will warm the water in about 3 hours in direct sunlight, but we put warmed water into it on camping trips.

   I purchased two of these for our recent camping trip. I thought since 4 of us were going it’d be nice to have two so one could be heating up while one was in use. I found out that I am really impatient when it comes to waiting to shower and even though I knew it would take at least an hour to have the water heat up, after only 30 minutes I started checking it. My husband made me wait 15 more minutes before he let me use it and the water was warm. I only filled the bag half way up and by the end of my shower I’d only used 1/4 of the water and I have long hair so it surprised me how little water I used. 1/2 a bag of water is enough for 4 people to shower.

    Bought this so I didn’t smell like a trash can at a multi day music festival. Wasn’t expecting it to be this life changing product or anything. Just really needed something that held water and could act as a shower. It is kind of cheaply made as far as the hose and shower faucet thing fell off but again it did the job I needed it to. Couldn’t complain. If you need something that’s long lasting and doesn’t have the spicket fall off this is probably not what you want, but if you don’t care this thing works.

    This solar shower heats the water nicely. It is quite heavy when filled, and can take 2 people to lift. We built a PVC shower to use it with, but the weight of the water made it tip over easily. There really aren’t any instructions on how to hang it, if there are no strong trees around, you are out of luck. It has to be held up higher than the person for the the sprayer to work, and getting it very high up into a tree may be difficult if you are out camping. Overall, it worked well to heat the water but needs better information on how to hang it to use.
