   Initially I thought it wouldn’t work since it’s shorter than the original on my Coleman 533. Popped it on and it works fine. Just shorter strokes but still primes the tank.

   I used this pump (400E5211) in place of the 400E5201 pump recommended for my 226 lantern. It works perfectly and as far as I can tell has no difference in overall length. It does have a slightly smaller diameter pump handle as well as a longer section of knurling compared to the original though so I moved the pump cup and other parts over to the old one. New pump is on the right side of the image.

    Per the package, the pump works with models 222, 226, 229, 400, 440, 442, 550, 3022, and 3024. See package pic. The pump is compatible with both the metal-capped pumps and the plastic-capped pumps. Works great with a Peak 1 Feather 400B stove.

    Worked great for my coleman 425e camp stove. Only thing I disliked was it comes with the new style plunger already on and you need to disassemble for the older style like my stove was.

    Got this to attempt repairing a 426D stove (3-burner from the 60’s) and it was a pretty simple swap. At first I thought it didn’t do the trick but after emptying what was in the fuel tank when I got it from the thrift store I realized that it had some ancient liquid in it that didn’t smell like any fuel I recognized. Some fresh white fuel in there and it fired right up.
