Lo he usado con el calentador portátil y resulto ser muy útil, se cierra herméticamente y conforme sale el agua se va comprimiendo, ya una vez comprimido, se puede guardar en cualquier parte, no hace bulto y almacena suficiente agua para transportarla….

Good, basic water carrier. The material is tough and really hard to puncture. I gave it a thorough washing after purchase and there was no plastic/chemical taste to the water, even when stored for a few days. The lid/spout screwed on tight and the rubber gasket didn’t leak. The main issue I had was with the handle. I’ve had similar carriers with a hard plastic handle, but this model simply has a hollow handle that’s part of the body of the carrier itself. It works OK, but it’s soft and flexible so it’s awkward and uncomfortable to carry for any distance. Plus, it’s hollow so it’s hard to clean (you’ll need to swish some bleach through it before / after use, as it’s a perfect place for bacteria to grow). Otherwise, it’s a strong water bag that’s not too big and heavy to move easily when full.

This is a handy product to carry water on your travel..longevity of the product has to be assessed.

We have a couple of these from many years ago, and they are still in great shape. We wanted an additional one, so very happy to find that they’re still available for purchase!
No leakage. Pour spout works great.
They fold up somewhat for storage, but we don’t try to get them really flat for fear that would damage them.
The 5-gal one has an extra handle, which really helps with carrying it.
(We also have the smaller one, I think it’s 2.5 gal. It doesn’t have the extra handle, so even though it’s lighter than the 5-gal, it’s harder to carry.)
Both sizes come with a tab on the top that has a hole in it and a hook and rope for hanging from the tab, but we’ve never done that so don’t know how well the tab would hold up under that kind of use.
Truly a great product!

I recently sent these water containers to my son who lives in Florida before the rash of hurricanes. When I say they are well worth the price, I mean it! He filled them and kept them as backups in case he lost water. Electricity went out in his area and he ran short on bottled water but he was secure knowing he had these containers full of water as backups for him & his two dogs. I highly recommend these for anyone in any area of the US. Natural disasters hit every area at inopportune times but with these containers on hand, worrying about extra water just took back seat to other supplies. Be sure to check emergency sites to determine how many containers your family might need for 72 hours to 1 week without potable water. I highly recommend these containers!

I bought this to replace an older Coleman water jug I had. This feels very thin and flimsy compared to the older ones. I don’t think it will be long before it pops a hole.

I bought this for “peace of mind.” But I’ll probably take it on a future “cabin camping” trip, too. But yep, if a winter storm is coming in , I keep jugs of water in the home and garage — I always remember having to boil water a few times, when power went out, and we got the “boil water” notice. Rare — but it happens. Very heavy plastic, but it’s still foldable for storage.

I grew up camping with this product. I didn’t really know anything different. It doesn’t insulate or protect your water at all, but I didn’t need that. This does exactly what it’s designed to do – hold water and dispense it when needed. It collapses well enough that I can stuff it onto a shelf or into a bin for storage until my next camping trip. I’m glad that I bought one of these for myself and will suggest it to all of my generations to come as well.
