   I use the Coleman Comfort Cooling Gel Pet Pad in my car. My dog likes to go for rides so on warmer days I use the Pad and it makes it more comfortable for her. It does keep her cooler so she can enjoy her rides.

   I’ve bought several other “cooling” dig beds and they are a joke. This is the real deal. Put it in freezer and it freezes! Stays cold for a few hours in the hot Florida sun, on a sidewalk. Buy this!

   Box was destroyed in route, but product great. This is a replacement for first one puppy scissor teeth cut through. Still works, but leaks the gel. My old Dog here in Hawaii loves this mat. I put it in freezer, then on his car bed, and it keeps him cool while we drive in hot climate.

   Cooling works really well but my dog won’t lay on it. He doesn’t like the plastic/vinyl feel. So I cut it in half along the seem and put them in my pillowcases and they work great for keeping me cool at night ☃️

   Overall it’s a great mat that adds a nice cooling effect for your pet. The size worked great for our pug! He enjoys it very much, since it’s easy to use anywhere for us. Also easy to clean as well. That being said, the cooling effect doesn’t seem to last the full 3.5 hours but still last for a good amount of time before letting it recharge.

   This is the third Coleman mat that I’ve purchased. The mat works very well. Unfortunately, after a few weeks the pups chewed through the edges of the first one. The gel bled out and cried out to me from my tiled floor. The second one only lasted a few days.

   I lamented the wasted money but the days are so hot I bought another one. This is the last time. If this doesn’t work, I won’t buy this mat again. There is clearly something about the vinyl that makes it chew-attractive to some dogs.

   This time, I put the mat into an old pillowcase. I closed the pillowcase with some Velcro and put it on her bed. So far, it’s working like a charm. Could she chew through the pillowcase? Probably, but it’s been 10 days and I haven’t seen any evidence that she is interested.

   My puppy LOVES this mat… however he also likes to chew this mat… which means it has sprung multiple leaks and the gel inside makes him throw up. Obviously when we see what he’s chewing we stop him, but he’s managed it sneakily a few times. We’ve repaired a few of the holes he’s made but then he chewed off a corner and that wasn’t fixable so we cut that entire section off. We havent given it back to him since then, i’m hoping when he’s a bit older he can have it back. We’ll see. He does love it though, he hates being hot and this helped him sleep at nap times. its big enough that he can grow into it. We don’t have any other complaints – it just might not be good for puppies or other dogs that like to chew.

    I really really liked this, but now less than a year later, it got moldy. We put it away for a few months for winter, and I just pulled it out covered in mold.

    My rescue dog loves her cooling mat! For her it has come in handy at home, in the car, at ball games, or at the vet when she was hospitalized for a week. I got my 2nd mat this year because the first one was such a success and easy go-to to help her decompress and cool down. She’s an older pit bull with health issues and the mat was a comfort.

    I really liked the product upon arrival. I even convinced my border collie mix pup to lie on it. Then 5 minutes later he chewed up the sides and the gel came oooozing out. Unsure how good the product is as I had it for all of 15 minutes. I am confident it could have been great. Good weight. Perfect size for my 45 lb, 8 month old pup. Folds up well.
