   Definitely not leak-proof. Noticed two of the four began leaking after only the second use. I placed each one in separate quart-sized storage bags and zipped them up. They still leak but not all over everything now.

   Coleman products have a fantastic reputation but not these ice packs. Ordered during prime day in the summer. After a week of using them for children’s lunch boxes they started leaking from different points. I contacted customer service for a Coleman who sent me a new set with my colemandiscount.com proof of purchase and photos of defect. Nevertheless, this set leaks too. My children’s lunch boxes come home with blue fluid on them. Gorilla glue can’t even seal the holes as they can’t stay dry enough to be sealed. So while customer service was accommodating, the product is subpar. You can see in the photos where the leak comes from and just how much has leaked it’s way out (they come almost totally full of blue liquid) into my children’s lunch boxes.

   Product was damaged and leaking. Tried to return for a refund but two delivery collection points would not accept. One had no idea how to process and accept. One had systems down and advised to come back. Now we are beyond the return date.

   At first they seem to work well. Then after about a month and a half one of them leaked a little from the fill point on the end. My initial thought was ok that one had an incomplete seal.
   Then about two weeks later a second one leaked. This time it was from one of the dots on the side and not just a little bit it was about a table spoon size glob of gel.
   Then about two weeks later the third one leaked in the same place as the second one.
