   These are a must-have for my Coleman Northstar Propane Lantern. Two mantels come in each package. I’m not entirely sold on the insta-Clip thing–the clips ALWAYS break off before I get the mantel on the tubing, and I’m forced to fumble with the small leftover pieces of metal. Still, it’s an annoyance rather than a significant detractor. Overall, the mantels are extremely delicate so I typically have e a few packs on hand. Price was better than local stores and shipping was quick with Prime. I recommend.

   These were cheaper on colemandiscount.com than other retailers. I wish I had bought a different kind of lantern just because these cost more than regular pouch mantles, but they light the night up like a boss. Easy to install and remove, which I am sure is part of the cost.

   These instant clips are nice. Easier than the type you have to tie the strings. Like always once they are used they are more delicate than moth wings after that so you don’t want to touch them or rattle your pattern. Wish they’d invent mantles that don’t crumble if a mosquito lands on them. They are bright though in my Coleman North Star lantern with just the single mantle. I could warn ships with it from ten nautical miles.

    If you need the #95 these are a great source. It’s a different way to do mantels since my last lantern but I can’t say it’s any better or worse, just different. You clip these on and then burn them and try not to break them before you get the globe back on. I always have a few extras taped to my lantern box because you never know if it’s gonna last years or days.
