The clip broke off as I was installing the mantle, so I had to slide it on by hand. Not a problem, but I think next time I’ll just go with tie-on mantles and save the money.

The item description is very misleading. Considering that the lantern that uses this mantel is designed to use two mantels at a time you would assume that there would be two mantels in a package. Therefor a two pack would logically have 4 mantels in it, or there would be two packages with two mantels in it.

No problem with seller, package arrived on time and price is good. These new style instaclips are horrible design. The green clip snaps off before you can get it over the beveled flange. Have an easier time with the tie ons.

The coleman instaclip mantles are hands down the bestband easiest to use. Dont bother with ties. Or cheap imitations. Trust me, Ive been there and done that, and always regret it. Buy these and stop cursting at your lantern.
