I’ve been using these for several years. At some point, after several years of use, a leak would occur and I would have to throw them out. Not unexpected or unreasonable. The new ones, when frozen, expand wider than the old ones. I guess they have more water and less chemicals. The new ones, being wider and heavier, don’t fit as easily into the compartment of my cooler bag. They work, but I don’t think they last as long as the old ones.

I love this product because it fits perfectly in the top of my lunch box. However 4 out of the 5 in the pack I recieved seem like they have too much air inside and they now do not fit in my lunch box. Only 1 from the 5 pack actually fits. I needed it therefore I kept that one and am using it but I honestly have no need for the rest. Can’t return 4 out of 5. I was disappointed with the product this time for sure.

This is a set of 5 chillers ice substitutes. My order had 1 chiller ice substitute. Very expensive order for 1 chiller. Appears to be inaccurate on the description and way overpriced for 1 chiller. Highly disappointed and won’t order from this vendor again.

I had the same experience as another reviewer, these have air pockets in them, so they won’t lay flat & THIN. But they’re perfect for my husband, who can’t be bothered too lay them flat when he puts them in the freezer! He can just throw these in and they’ll be the same size as they would have been otherwise. Sort of self-leveling, but not thin, No matter how careful you are!
