Very affordable if bought at Walmart (25$).
The butane canisters are a little difficult to source at times. They will typically be sold at Walmart as well, although I’ve seen them appearing on colemandiscount.com nowadays. I originally bought this to use while my apartment stove was broken for 4 days. I was able to make multiple 8qt pots of spaghetti with only 1-2 canisters of butane. I’ve used this out at the lake a few times for hotdogs and steak, it did a great job!

CONS: Flame blows out under medium to heavy wind.

Not much is said out there whether or not these can be used to can. I have a 23qt Canner and this little stove worked great for light 30-45 minute jobs! You get a about an hour out of 1 bottle of butane. I canned at 15psi for 45mins no problem. As for the weight, I only had 3 quart jars inside but assuming I can at least do 6. If you’ve got a glass cooktop that you don’t want to risk canning on, this little stove is awesome. You might need a few bottles of butane if you’re doing a lot of canning but for light canning, perfect.

We use our Blackstone for everything else but when we need to boil water or heat beans, etc. this little guys works great!
